Small Items – Accessories, Pumps, Chemicals.

These items will be delivered by your local courier service or the Royal Mail, depending on where you are in the UK.

Large Items – Inflatable Hot Tubs.

These Items are usually delivered by specialist couriers that can deliver large packages, they must be signed for unless you leave us with instructions to place the delivery somewhere else.

Extra Large Items – Solid Hot Tubs, Furniture.

These deliveries are confirmed by telephone and will arrive on a large vehicle, Extra Large Items are usually too big for local couriers, so we deliver them direct from the warehouse.

You are entitled to a 14 day cancellation period in accordance with the consumer contracts regulations. Refunds should be made in writing to [email protected], refunds take 14 days to process, and may take a further 14 days for the funds to reach your account. The total time for refunds will usually be around 28 days from notice of cancellation.

We only will accept returns on faulty goods, please call for details or to request a return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
